I understand the family being mad, but it sounds like the person didn’t kill Josh. Surely running over him wasnt their fault bc it all happened so quickly. Them running was illegal but not harmful bc there were other people there that went to help and called 911. It’s not like some hit-and-runs where it happens on a dark road and causes the person to not get help bc nobody else knows the person was hurt. _Edit 10/7/23: fixed Small typo and corrected typo that said “tell“ when it should’ve said “kill“._
