You can see this in the real world with countries like Japan. Japan is in the ring of fire and prone to earthquakes and tsunamis. The worst doesn't happen everyday, but they have learned to rebuild and get back to their lives fairly quickly. They also build buildings initially with earthquakes in mind and know how to evacuate. The same goes with hurricanes on the coast of the U.S. As long as you have the resources, experience, and protocols to deal with big disasters, they don't take that long to recover from. Alternatively, it's when an area's hit with an unexpected disaster that it takes a while to recover from. At this point, I expect people living in DC are more than used to super battles destroying everything.

No, Eobard has a link to the speedforce like Barry but he draws from the negative charge of electricity rather than the positive like Barry. Zoom (aka Hunter Zolomon) is the one who has the ability to slow down time around him and move around at a normal pace, giving everyone around him the illusion that he is moving at super speeds. Kinda like The Turtle from the CW Flash show, but instead of releasing pulses that slow time, he can just do it at will. Zoom's powers are totally different than that of Reverse-Flash's. Eobard only took that mantle because A.) the timeline dictated it when he first learned of his destiny and B.) his color scheme is flipped with Barry's.

It COULD have been an interesting mechanic for this game if every chapter you use a hero you retain damage until the chapter is over. So like in this case, you’re already wounded by Deadshot, so for the fights with Cold you start off at a disadvantage, then headed into the fight with Deadshot the damage is still there, and so on with the next two fights with Reverse Flash, and Green Lantern. It could’ve made for an interesting way to give the story an extra layer in regards to difficulty

ill solve the argument for everyone on here cause not everyone can be pleased. Its not exactly terrible writing, its more or less the writers ONLY choice. If the Flash's TRUE power that is represented in the comic books is used (whether its cartoons or video games) He would be one of the most overpowered characters. Flash technically can run faster than instant transmission. Even in TV shows the flash is significantly slower than anything that is actual canon to the character, simply cause it would make things too easy for him. Flash doesnt get enough credit, luckily his popularity is getting higher, but techincally hes one of the most powerful characters in the DC universe if his true power is accounted for. That being said, i think the writers couldve neutralized the flash in a little bit more of a creative way than to have Deadshot tag him. Deadshot never misses, but he never wouldve been able to see Flash realistically in his scope, even with nerfed speed.

The Superman animated series addressed the difference between comics and tv show. If Superman was allowed to be as powerful as he was in the comics, there'd be no show because other than a few supervillains, no one would match Superman in power. He was heavily nerfed for the series.

Guys, give the CW some credit. This is a game with months of work put into every cutscene. The flash is a week by week TV show that has weeks of work put into every fight out of a 20+ episode season. As awesome as this scene is (and it is freaking amazing) the CW does damn well for its budget.

But I can't change it."), and sounds quite sorry when it's brought up to him here in the story mode. Nice touch to show how Flash is trying to redeem himself

Personally, i would have loved to have seen the Reverse Flash's redemption in the Injustice Universe. He once tried to be a hero like Flash, but was doomed by fate to become his greatest villain. Now fate has been twisted, his history destroyed. The writers could have written him to become so much more than just a pawn stuck by fates tricks, but a hero.
