The profit motive always wins and they (WB) got spooked regarding that. They thought lets take the marvel approach, now how has that worked out for them? MOS and BVS are awesome. BvS is a misunderstood masterpiece. The reason why the Syndercut got steam is because of BvS and they way they cut up that movie for the theater. The UE is obviously a complete movie and awesome.

@@charliestrohm9919 who is no one? Just look on YT. Look at how many videos breaking down the complexity of that movie. Or how many people didn't like it, but gave it another chance and love it. It's a movie ahead of it's time and as time passes and Marvel is no longer dominate in the mind of comic movie lovers, people will see the film for what it is. We have a Syndercut of JL because of people's love for MOS and BvS. It's not as disliked as these media hacks make it seem. Jeremy Jahns recently made a review for BvS UE and liked it so much more than his original review. The people that love it, really love it. I'm one of those.

The silence of the three of you during the entire 2 minutes and change of this trailer speaks loudly about how genuine this reaction was. All I saw was dropped Jaws and focused faces. It was at 5:05 when I realized this was truly one of my favorite reactions to this trailer I've seen so far. When Victor's father sacrifices himself, at the moment it happened I saw 6 eyebrows raise simultaneously, you all were just as shocked as I was when I saw that moment, that was when I knew this wasn't a pretend reaction, y'all were seeing it for the first time, the body language and silence made that very clear, these are the kinds of reactions I seek out... Glad I found you 3 tonight. 7:28 gave me life, the lady in the back spoke to my soul when she went of about Junkie XL and the Whedon shenanigans... She told it like I felt it. Actially BVS Ultimate cut isn't pretentious at all..I think it's just confident .and it really is a movie layered with great story discovery .. The general audience liked all the DCEU films. Don't mind them. Everyone who calls a comicbookmovie that wants to have a little bit of an artistic edge "pretentious" dismisses themselves in my eyes. Calling something "pretentious" mostly means they either don't get the meaning or they refuse to even engage with the art. People like that read comics (IF they ever read a comic to begin with) because there a big guys and girls punching bad guys. They only care for the explosions. They can go watch the MCU. That's comicbook characters mostly stripped of their deeper meaning and iconography. Reduced to the very surface of what they are supposed to be and a cherry of humor on top that should justify grown-ups watching superhero stuff because they refuse to take it seriously.

Cloud's Pigtails All it was, is a man’s descent into madness via a series of unfortunate events. A man going crazy doesn’t make a very good character study when their actions have no rhyme or reason and wether or not parts were real is just the nail in the coffin. It can be pulled off if the themes and subject matter is executed well. But the themes in the movie sucked ass, and were either basic af or executed poorly. It’s an overhyped basic movie trynna pass off as deep.

Phat Samurai Guy & Lady Phatblood, when you were talking about the score for ZSJL & BvS UE vs. whatever that was that passed for a score in 2017 JL, that was me SCREAMING internally after I watched JL... BvS to date has the best movie score IMHO cuz when I listen to each of those themes the entire movie just plays in front of my eyes! MoS was a beautiful update to the Superman story! They're going to release Justice League as a 4 part mini series that is an hour long per episode, then combine all 4 into a 4 hour long movie.. I don't know how I feel about that, I'm going to be tempted to watching each episode but I also prefer to just binge the 4 hour movie

I love the little Batman pep talk with the JL at the end of the trailer. That’s what I hated most about the theatrical cut. It scrapped everything that made Batfleck cool in BvS and turned him into a quipping, comedic relief. This cut looks like it’ll give us an evolved, but similar take on what Batfleck is meant to be!

The original plan for the 3 jl movies with a green lantern corps tie in was mind blowing. People who knew their shit which includes injustice knew what the plan was after watching bvs. Where it was going. It was so obvious if you know the injustice comics and the anti life equation. Plus flash doing time travel. When the story for the 3 jl came out it really was a "it makes all sense". The knightmare scenes. Flash appearing in the cave. Everything. I really hope that this will be such a succes that the original trilogy story is back on. And a part 2 and 3 will be made. They are going the multiverse route up anyway so why not. The Batman is confirmed new earth so pre flashpoint whereas DCEU was clearly post flashpoint new 52. The flash movie can then be a flashpoint rebirth combo exploring the multiverse, the different timelines and result in cutting whedon from continuity for Snyder jl
