*Almost* the same. Powers on earth are usually bloodborn (meta humans have a meta-gene) and can't really be exhausted unless they're powered by an outside source, like Superman with the sun. Semblances however are soulbound and have more restrictive limits, and if you run out of aura your power ceases to function.

I believe that scythe belongs to scarecrow, one of Batman's villains. Probably means that their weapons might not work in the DC universe, most likely due to not having aura to reinforce all the bits and pieces to keep it from being a cool prop.

Ruby's scythe here isn't Crescent Rose, it's Scarecrow's scythe, none of Team Ruby's weapons came with them when they went to the DC Universe, and so the Justice League lent them weapons from their villains that they had stored to use. Such as Scarecrow's scythe, Mr. Freeze's ice gun, and Heatwave's fire gun.

Well, Ruby's semblance is Petal burst, in other words, speed. This allows her to dash with an inhuman speed in whatever direction she chooses, often leaving trails of rose petals in her wake, and in the Justice League world it's kinda like the same, only she causes a burst of red energy and rose petals.
