It is good that the justice court is helping to offset part of the debt owed by defendants with pathetic stories. However, they should always investigate or at least get proof before doing so. He is telling truth. It happened over 6 months or 1 year but if court wants to investigate they can ask him to bring proves or they get everything from UBA and MTN. You can't lie when everything is in the open, he isn't well prepared to come to the court as he didn't fully understand what he is coming for. On other note, this other man has gone to his shop and found out everything has fold up so if everything is alright why will his shop be shut down? I'm a psychologist I knows truth and lies from far away. The court is not here for a prolonged judgements and investigation, the court business here is how to pay the debt. Had it been he denied that he doesn't know the accuser and never received any money from him that's where the court will investigate but in this case he pleaded guilty and ruling started at once on "how will you pay your debts."
