I understand that man has a lot in his head but if he was probably married to her they will plan together and the plans will accommodate everyone, but now all his plans are for him and the children excluding the mother of the children. Communication is key. No matter how much you dislike your coparent, you have to humble yourself to have honest and important conversations with him or her for the welfare of the children. The man seems somewhat sensible, but he kept going through strangers to reach his children when he could talk to her directly. That strategy will never work as long as the woman is alive. Like it or not, she is the mother of your children and you have to grow some respect for her and go through her in taking care of your children together. The woman, on the other hand, should let him go, if that's what he wants. And she must find something to start doing, to build her own economic foundation. Marriage or relationship doesn't solve money problems, people must solve their own individual money problems.

Yes, she is the mother of his children but we can't say if he has genuine reason to go through third parties to get them food etc. Some women might use the money for their personal issues and not what it was meant for. Plus, he might be paying the sellers in instalments directly to their accounts.

And if the man was better than the woman, why did he continue to get her her pregnant if she wasn't acting responsibly after the first child? He continued and had 4 whole children with her and decided it was time to check out! He has to find more responsible and respectable way to coparent with her. He is not communicating to her things that he is doing, that is what brought them to court. If he respected her enough to be talking to her about his plans, she would not have come to beg the judges intervention.

I personally feel that time affect the Judge's flow. I was impressed with her line of questioning Mr. Friday about where he stays- his response was incoherent meaning, some elements of lies. You can't have 4 kids with a woman & want to dump her to go look for anyone willing to take her- it sure means the man have intention of taking someone else, if he had not already. Women should also learn from the experience of others. If anything happens to this lady, this man is in for a serious trouble if the woman is from my part of the world.
