23:30 - He's referring to PRP injections. The clinic I work in uses it commonly for grade I or II tissue tears as an alternative to surgery. Mixed results from what I see from my patients

The last 6 weeks I’ve been doing Todd hutchings training method and table time once a week and I can confirm it’s almost impossible to do
@limo-swine6537Күн бұрын
That's why he trains on table only a couple time a year
@HandelandJКүн бұрын
@@limo-swine6537he’s been doing table time 3 times a week lately, actually.
@HandelandJКүн бұрын
@@limo-swine6537actually most of the last year he’s been doing table time 3 days a week. For sure ever since he started preparing for the Ongarbaev match.

7:02 Justin presses in that fashion because he is lat dominant. That muscle for him is overpowered meaning it takes away strength from other areas in the surrounding muscle group. For example Paul Linn is trap dominant and you'll probably see that in his style of pulling.
@WheresMyMotivation18 сағат бұрын
and this is why arm wrestlers need to find their own strong spots and can't just copy paste training methods expecting it to instantly work for them, although you need to experiment with all methods to add more techniques. Its a sport where you should never stop growing because the pulling methods and styles are seemingly infinite!

Henry do you know how many people were there at KOTT? It seemed pretty empty compared to EvW
@HenryNehring21 сағат бұрын
It was probably a similar amount of people, just in a bigger venue so there was empty space that made it look empty. No way there was less that 1000 people there.
