I'm so happy to see Frodo coming into arm wrestling. I think Middle Earth has a lot to contribute to the sport.

Great interview and fantastic questions. I never who knew you were other than the "meme face guy" from Levan and Devon's match. I think you are doing some of the better interviews with people and I like that you're choosing questions that most other people avoid. I've seen nobody that had the guts to bring up steroids, yet you did it...and kept on the subject asking what many of us would be too afraid to ask one of the AW champs. Way to go. +subscribed. Keep it up.

Dude thank you for not saying “next question” every single time. You have the hot ones vibe for sure and your transitions are smoothing out. Keep em’ coming.

Can't say I won't go back to old habits but I did read your comment and made an effort to stop saying it lol

@ haha no worries man, I noticed you took the critique and that is probably harder than not saying next question. So that’s rad! Hopefully it felt good to you.

You can “take your time, do it slowly” on steroids. There’s nothing inconsistent about being on performance and drugs and not wanting to be the best in the entire world.

I immediately like video anytime Minde is in a video! Minde is my favorite LIGHTWEIGHT/welterweight*/middleweight* puller of all time. Lightweight for SURE!!! However, the guy is a monster killer for his size, so I'm always rooting for him anytime he pulls above his weight class. 💪🏻

Minda saying that he is unsure if he’s a genetic freak is unironically one of the most humble things he’s ever said lol

To everyone wondering about your diet and stalling your own progress: Yes just eat more protein. I live off of red meat, eggs, bacon and dairy with carbs as a mere convenience (bread or tortillas to house my protein and fat). Also sleep more if you can. Working out and armwrestling breaks you down and makes you weak. Eating proper food and sleeping makes you strong.

People saying steroids are overrated are so ignorant really
@mconcepcion75214 күн бұрын
I wanted to add my 2 cents to the steroids in lower weight classes topic. I'm not an expert so take it with a grain of salt. I believe the lower the weight class, the less they help. Most of the strength you get from PED's is a side effect of gaining more muscle. Gaining more muscle could put you put of the weight class you are competing in. I do believe there are some neurological adaptations that happen, but not enough for it to he significant. Some people are legitimately just genetically stronger pound for pound

Probably not ? Hard to say i think its important to remember devons been doing this for decades, had his body wrecked from any number of things and is approaching 50 years old. He's probably fantastic at teaching but it comes off like he's going to teach you what works for him best. Also he's a pretty ruthless guy competing so i wouldn't trust a thing that guy says if i were to possibly compete against him The 6'5" 260 pound guy thats why its better to learn from dudes your size if Brian learned from levan wayyyy different i think.

Kingsmove!!!?? Mindaugas missed the point when he was asked if the match with Makarov would have gone different with Devons brain. It's not just about technique it's a mindset. Devon very rarely comes into a match unprepared nore does he give anything away during the match. The Genadi match was the only one in recent history that Devon messed up.
