I came for Justin and stayed for Darren. Been binging Mr Welshes content recently. I started creating on LinkedIn and bought his courses. Now I'm just looking for interviews he's done. This is my favorite so far. Very well done. Darren, you're conversational style is on point. It's a talent that most don't have. Trust me, I've done four podcasts and watch a lot too. You're going places man. And bonus points for actually engaging with viewer comments here. That's something not every creator does. Anyway, good stuff and nice community here. Now lemme see what else ya got ...

49:17 "Pricing is hard." Really? Raise the price until you reach the pain point. One time, I didn't hire someone because they charged less for something than I would have charged, and my knowledge was less than theirs. People with a $15k problem love you for your $15k solution. People with a $25k problem don't take you seriously if you only charge $15k. Look at Dan Henry. Dude just hard-sold people off of Facebook ads, and people paid $50k for the "right" to contact him. I think this is a mindset issue.
