I feel you. I think a lot of people forgo installing a full kitchen to cook nutritious meals in, or their brain just tells them to eat quick and easy everyday, like they're camping... Also. I believe they eat meat as well, which probably helps a lot. There are some very healthy looking plant-based eaters out there, but I think a lot of people aren't built for it. Their bodies seem to be grateful ✨
