Justin, great video. What a mixed bag. I'd be curious to hear from you how much of this videos success is the lure and how much is really finding the right time and tide for fishing. Obviously you know when and where to fish. I wonder if you'd do a video explaining how you choose your times and places to fish...also I would like to hear what you think of as your top 5 inshore lures...the ones that are absolutely a "go to".

It's funny seeing guys fish light tackle for snook. Where we fish it's 80lb fluorocarbon leader and 50-60lb braid on Accurate 500s paired with XH jigging rods. And we still get beat down by the occasional cubera, slob snook, or Goliath. I didn't believe you had to go that heavy til I started to fish with a friend of mine. That being said on Flairhawks I still throw 40-50 as they rarely choke the lure deep enough to fray you off.

I always watch lure reviews when I pick up a new lure, but thinking now the debate of a lure being good or not all depends on the fish in your area and all other conditions that matter when fishing, weather, time of day-year, and what bait is running in your area. One bait I catch ten snook on could possibly not catch anything on the other coast, or even across town.
