Thanks for the video! Learning After Effects and it's so deep that these kinds of videos really help! I wanted to mention, the method of using wipe is not very easy to recreate for web or mobile apps, and also tends to look wrong unless your circles are perfectly centered in your composition. You can create the exact same effect using Trim Paths on a circle, which allows it to be exported/moved more easily.

just go to the left top part and you will see the rectangle is marked, you hold click and will see elipse, and then in the top, you click fill, put the / (no fill) and at it's right you choose the color :)

I have completed the video successfully but lacks in some areas for instance you don't show us how to change the end time as all the circles finish at the same time which looks worse than if they fully joined at different times.
