As a dietitian, I hate protein powder lol haha. I feel like you could feel a lot better if you incooperate more protein rich foods like lean meat, eggs, cheese, lentils and beans, you can leave out the protein powder or reduce the amount that you take. Like a day could look like: Brekkie - greek yogurt (mixed with some of the protein powder if you feel like it), topped with a handful of fresh nuts, seeds, oats and fruits Lunch - maybe a curry made with lentils and served with rice, and if you feel like something fresh a cucumber salad on the side Dinner - fresh arugula salad mixed with any veggie you like, tossed in a simple honey-mustard-lemon- dressing, maybe add eggs and feta or chickpeas into the salad for protein If you skip on too much food, your body won't have the vitamins and minerals it needs to perform daily. Food is more than just protein, fat and carbs. Studies are saying our intestines are a second brain in our body, so lets feed it well with fiber, vitamin and mineral rich foods.

I have to eat breakfast or by lunch I’ll be in tears and upset with my self that I’m starving. Also I eat whenever I feel like it, I feel healthy and If I have to got on chemo therapy I can loose a lot of weight do to the chemicals lol 😂 Laughing is the only way to help this scary point in my life 🥲
