This was the very first Fishing video I ever saw on KZbin… and you were the very first person I subscribed to for any Fishing channel… I live in New Jersey, and you would think that I would get a lot of shit when I fish.. but every lake I’ve been on the locals have been nothing but courteous to me when I’m fishing, literally in their backyard… I think only one time in the last 20 years. I had one problem from a homeowner or a dock owner. In New Jersey, only the game warden and the Coast Guard or state troopers have authority on waterways. I just ignore people if they talk shit because my temperament I know better than to engage…..

Just had a similar experience at a small marina on Bull Shoals Lake here in Arkansas. I prolly got a C minus because they insulted my intelligence by saying it was a law that they were told to enforce on behalf of game and fish. of course I called them out on it in the nicest, most Christian way that I am capable of. 😇

One thing you should have informed them of is fishermen harassment that could get them fined or arrested. Just a law on the books that you can keep in your wheelhouse. One call to the TPW game Warden will solve the situation for your next encounter.

@ Kinda figures Wardens are getting just as bad as LEOs I was very lucky my Warden was my old football coach from high school when we had hunter harassment duck hunting. All we did was give him boat reg numbers he ticketed them on the water then again at the boat ramp when we were leaving was hilarious. Guess depends on who is your Warden or if duck huggers can tick him off.
