Gotta jump that price up, I was letting the company's set the price an thats never good for the trucks bc they won't ever pay what you need, I luckily got on with a couple companies that asked what I needed an I told them plus I get to charge key to key

Foreget the fuel surcharge...prices aren't temporary for a couple of months...its more like permanant so the cost to hire a truck should simply increase and forget the fuel surcharge because not only does fuel cost more but so does the maintenance of them and the cost of living and business as well. The surcharge only makes up for the purchased fuel, what about the rest of running a business that goes up because of high diesel prices? F them, maybe it needs to be $120 an hour and forget the fuel surcharge plan because its not just fuel that is twice what it was last year. Ask them if they have been to the grocery store or Costco lately. Coffee is double, eggs are double, beef and seafood is three times higher, pork is the same for some reason as is chicken. Liquor hasn't changed in price either so that ought to tell you that things that are priced more its not legit when booze is priced the same.

Tell the builder to use window pans that you don’t have . Also Tyvec disintegrates over a few years, use typar or even better triflex on the walls. I hope your using Anderson windows and if you are the install is wrong per Anderson window installation warranty

Dude, guys are selling 2002 03 4 axle heavy haul tractors with 500-600k on them for 230k+ with a trailer..Yes they are well maintained, but they are 20+yrs old
