​@@cadenlewis213if you've learned ANYTHING about sprinting you would know that upright sprinting (top speed) is DIFFERENT from horizontal acceleration. To say that acceleration gives you momentum for top speed is such a lie, you can only accelerate so far until the breaking forces of your body equal the pushing forces of your legs (top speed).

I bought justsprint,but i dont have equipment because on the webside stood that you dont need equipment.should a as a 12 year old hooper just two times per week max effort sprints and one day upperbody or do the promgramm without the equipment.

Which type of cardio has the least negative effects on sprint time. Like you’ve been saying that jogging Can develop slow twitch muscle fibers. So which cardio doesn’t develop slow twitch fibers?

I have an 8 year old son and he weight 60lbs. What’s the best way to help him improve his speed. His acceleration is good he ran a 1.9 in 10 yards. But he is struggling with increasing his top speed. He runs a 6.7 40 time.

Do you train old people? I'm over 35 but want to start competing in the masters division. I used to run in high school and do not believe I was trained to my full potential. I'm overweight now (working on slimming down) but was still able to run my 60m in 7.95s (after not sprinting since high school)

This is where I am still confused. I heard cosches say you want to push off the front foot because if you push off the back foot, you move your weight back and this will cause you to be up right as you push off. I attempted both and i noticed that when i do push off the back, i am more up right. But you say opposite tho. Any input?

If you make sure you propel your hips forward, you can push off both and you’ll only gain ground

I’ve done it without a smith machine , with a regular barbell, and with an open trapbar . I also squat 445 with barbell full ROM ass to grass.
