Same, I started to think Bart seriously found underaged girls and children attractive. He then said something about his own future daughter. I know it was a joke and he's just brainstorming out loud in that crazy mind of his. Geo's said she was scared to have kids with him and some of the crew did wonder. Just most people wouldn't even imagine certain things he thinks about. He's been the one to bring up the topic a few times too. Maybe it is a serious thought for him and the answer is he would never do anything like that. The question becomes is wondering attentively concerning? He got afixated on that topic and maybe he liked how it created controvery. He's very practical asian meets american culture. As a fan, I also enjoy watching what their creative, almost nuerodivergent minds can think of. I've learned to understand him over the years. Joe would be second because what he says is so outrageous that you know its a joke. Even if he was serious, we'd still think it's a joke.
