Really cool that they put Seafarers and Cities & Knights together in one box. If I were to bundle anything with Seafarers though I probably would have done Fishermen & Harbormaster.

Nice review/unboxing. I have been looking forward to this for quite awhile now. I was wondering what these small pieces are in the punch board? I don't remember these are used in the original game?

Small pieces are to have a stack of terrain tiles for the Seafarers scenarios with "fog of war"

This insert looks to be better than the first one. That was so brittle and mine came broken.

It is or at least seems that way, my base 3D insert is also a bit cracked.

No idea - I wonder if it's the size of the box as it doesn't feel worse than other game inserts which are smaller and don't crack
