Lore wise the havoc troopers could go toe too toe with sith as seen in the cinematicatic. In the universe of the old republic they could literly box against a wookie to get stronger

yes, havoc squad! the special forces of the old republic. people mistake these guys as the regular republic troopers, but the regular ones usually have orange markings

I have made four helmets now and tried a bunch of different methods to smooth the parts, I used wood filler on my last one instead of bondo and it worked really well!

I love these videos! I have a part of a FO Stormtrooper helmet laying around that I haven't gotten around to finishing. I don't really feel comfortable setting up a super long print as I'm still worried it'll fail. I've only had my printer for a couple weeks by now. I do wish I hadn't printed it in smaller parts but at the same time like I said I don't want to do several 40-hour prints and stuff.

Great looking helmet. I really like the visor on this one. You can use rubber cement instead of liquid latex as a cheaper and more available option.

I was wondering if you’re planing on doing a season 3 animated Arc Trooper helmet? I want to get into the 501st as Arc Trooper Fives, but the Clone Wars arc troopers in season 3 have the more animated style visor, and the fin is like the animated phase 1.

The real reason the old republic troopers look so similar to clone troopers despite the inspiration of the clone armor being the mandalorian armor of Jango Fett, it was an oversight on the production teams end.
