And it's a really good choice of music too due to the song's structure. Allows for moments of respite and thought during the bossfight instead of being constantly overwhelmed. I'm sure Lucretia must've went through many songs before finding one that has a good balance instead of being high-octane 100% of the time.

It took watching the Encore fight to notice that you can see when the attack will actually land by watching the attack area fill up with more color. Don’t know how you can party attention to that while playing, but it’s nice to know the indicator is there.

this is like "Just Shapes and Beats" style boss where you just dodge some hazadous shapes that come on a rythm of some cool music never expected to see this in a mario game because it's sutch a differend theme to platforming it is a Suprisingly flexable mechanic require similar ammount of skill and reflexes to pull off . . . and can even tell a story using just simple polygons

the trolls are nothing compared to smw and smm trolls, but the kamik fight was sick. sadly the framerate couldn't handle it, but the timing and the chosen music, are incredible. that somehting like this is possible is just astonishing.

Boss fight reminds me of FFXIV savage raids. They're a bit more involved in terms of attacks but the dodging is similar, minus jumping. And yeah you can heal but usually you're better off just dying and being raised because usually getting hit means a damage down debuff and you lose if your damage is too slow. Of course then there's ultimates, which are all of that plus they're 20 minutes long...
