hello, and thanks for this review :) can you please tell me if jvc released some models with hi-fi capability in ntsc countries? seems they didn't bother too much with this option. here in france i got two models from very early 90's VHSC and SVHSC with hi-fi (GR-80S and GR-S90S), and i know some others models existed on french market. but i don't really find equivalent in either pal or ntsc variants. i'm very curious about that.

As far as I know there were no compact VHS camcorders ever made with hi-fi in NTSC countries. I have never heard of one anyway. The format began with a lot of promise but JVC kind of gave up on it treated it as an entry level format towards the end. Thanks for watching.
