What is input lag in gaming in different resolutions?

Looking at the same sequence from N5 kzbin.info/www/bejne/nmSTlKSHbLmfq80 and this kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYCzeaCsqZeAe9U you can really see the difference in black which should be no surprise. But the NZ3 shows more details? I wonder which is more true to the creators intentions.
