I just bought a Kenwood DMX709S, But thinking of buying this for my other vehicle. It is not an Excelon, but other than the 2-year warranty the sound quality and features are the same for a better price. So i figure i will not be losing anything but the extended warranty.

What is the GPS antenna for? The radio does not have built in navigation and just displays what comes from the phone.

My unit got a issue on usb, won't show all my tracks on usb... If i have 100 songs only shows 30 for example... Ive tried changing format fat... And no changes. Im from Mexico there's a support for my country?

does adjusting viewing angle actually change the angle of the screen?

it does not physically move the LCD panel, the backlighting shifts to change viewing brightness from higher/lower angles. It works very well, even though the screen stays stationary. Thanks!

Do you have to plug in the JVC head unit GPS antenna as well as the Sirius XM adapter antenna for a total of two GPS antennas in the car?

Yes, if you are using SiriusXM you will also need to plug in that Antenna for signal reception, the GPS antenna serves a different purpose for navigation info and does not relate to SiriusXM. You will require both. Thanks

This receiver requires your phone to be plugged in for Apple CarPlay And Android Auto to function with GPS Navigation apps. Thanks!

The buttons on the left. How do you make them stay with 1 color? (instead of change colors by themselves)

In the video, at the 8 Min 20 Second mark, you will see the "User Customize" menu being used. (this can be found under the "GEAR" icon for settings, from the home screen) once you are here you can select the Colors icon and choose the color you wish to display as your button color. Thanks!

Yes, The receiver features HDMI Input, A/V input, and Mirroring options for Android phones. You must provide KZbin videos from an external source like a smartphone or HDMi Device and have the parking brake engaged to display video content. Apple Carplay or Android Auto do not support video sharing through an automotive device. Thanks!
