@@Athena-rr4huthat’s because God sent himself down to earth as a human, making Jesus the son of God. Jesus was born in a manger. Skipping all that, you might be wondering how there’s one God, but also three? well it’s called the holy trinity, God the father, the son (Jesus) and the holy spirit, after jesus died, rose again on the 3rd day and left off to heaven. I hope you learned something man

I used to think I was a tech minimalist having just a laptop and smartphone. After watching your channel I learned the error of my ways and after acquiring 26 more tech gadgets including 4 random android E-Ink tablets, 4 more laptops, some old desktops, 3 Japanese flip phones, and 12 old MP3 players I have truly minimalized my tech and am more streamlined. @@Nilo5321It’s the philosophy stuff and the focus on himself. You should look up and read Platos Cave. It’s something that happens when you change your life for the better and stop bad habits. Like how people who quit smoking or drinking get a little more judgmental of people who still do those things and even a little “preachy”. In reality when you find something better, you want to share it, but as humans we don’t always want to hear it. So from the outside it can seem “fake”. Same reason people who find God get really talkative about it. Sometimes people inside of the cave still, don’t even realize they don’t know what genuine looks like anymore after being trapped in an artificial world for so long.

I think a good way to put the difference between James' lifestyle, and the general lifestyles these days is that while for most people boredom is a means to consume, for him it is a means to produce. We take our boredom, our anxiety, our other complicated emotions, and completely burry them under consumption of media or other things. Truth be told the ways of escapism are far more advanced than it was a century ago. It's completely fair to say that we are not fairly matched against corporations that are fighting over our attention. But James shows that we *can* fight, and we can take back our attention and do things meaningful to us. You've been a great deal of inspiration for me James, I'm entering my last year of highschool soon. You've helped me pick my major (C.E) and I aspire to one day master my boredom and be able to create things like you.

you remind me so much of murakami’s book “why i started running” it was a sort of autobiography/ memoir and his routine and focus as a writer who’s also a practiced runner and how he spends the early hours merely just writing then going for a run, talking about the importance of giving hours of focus to what you wanna achieve, it’s a short book but think you’d enjoy it if you read it

Hey buddy, I wanted to thank you for the video you made a year ago "productive day in the life" which helped me a lot to progress as a student, giving me the example and motivation that with perseverance I could get a better version of me. Thanks to the inspiration that came from watching the video before studying I was able to become aware of my potential and how to organize myself, I actually passed the subjects I had to take. Thank you n.n! And thank you for teaching me the music of Nujabes, it's simply beautiful!

hey, i just wanna give you some friendly advice: at 2:38, when you were doing shoulder presses, your form was actually subpar. you don't want to lock in your arms like that at end of your extension - keeping tension in your form is crucial for muscle development. plus, when you lock in like that, you're not only risking shoulder injuries, but you're resting your muscles. i understand the struggle and i was like you when i started at 16. although it may seem like other people are also locking in online tutorials please note that their elbows are slightly concave which gives that resistance needed for muscle growth. gl and keep it up champ

Love your videos, this one especially was giving odyssey vibes ❤ I also have begun being in a mode of studying and self reflection (I’ve been reading some Carl Jung, the poet Rumi, and a wider variety of books). It is always important in being aware of life’s ebbs and flows, and that the little wheel in you is still turning. Keep up the good work, and Happy Anniversary 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾(I was definitely milly rocking to the music you put in 😂😂😂)

I appreciate you James, hope you're great! I've been watching your previous streams and getting my 10 sessions in. I've gone from studying to building a business, thanks to the confidence I have in young people like us who aren't afraid to work hard and seek the best life on our own terms. It's cool to see you learning Vietnamese!! I wish the best for grandma 💗

Until now 2024, he still lives in a pretty fulfilling life. It was in 2020 that his channel started to do '12 hours study with me' live stream and got recongnized. Then he was considered as one of hardest study KZbinrs who encourages a lot of people among pandemic. I just want to say 'How time flies'!

Hey bro, can I ask you a question? Why do you use "Linux"? I've been wondering for a long time why people use linux. If it's so cool, maybe I should try it. Yes, I know, I can look on the Internet, but I'm interested in your opinion and your answer to my question. I really hope for an answer!
