Brother Jackson is a veteran Circuit Overseer, Elder, Special Pioneer prior to Governing Body. As a prior elder, he was not trained how to handle "molestation cases."? WT attorney is misleading the court. Everyone in Governing Body serve to formulate all Congregation Policy.

Wow! Did you hear what your honor said at around 11:9 in the video. That if the church ( in this case the organization of the JW's) if the way the scriptures are being interpreted and applied is creating additional trauma for people who are being sexually abused in the church... that's a serious problem. i That is why the JW organization is so screwed up because they're not interpreting scripture in the proper way. They're just plain stupid!

Most elders are janitors, window washers, or bus drivers not social worker justice warriors. No qualifications to make a call on what to do in these molestation cases, or CRIMES against children.

Actually that’s not true. Im a metal health worker in the troubled youth sector also have a degree in Psychology, I also know a elder personally who is a GP

If a JW accused another of murder would the elders take it upon themselves to investigate that crime? NO an hell no, they would report it to the authorities. Child molestation and rape is a CRIME that the JW elders are in NO WAY QUALIFIED to investigate. It is SICK that they do not do their utmost to protect children and do not advise parents to report this crime immediately, because of not doing so accused child molesters and rapists have victimized even more children.

It's true, it is the parents' responsibility to care for the children's welfare once they have become a victim, and the JW Org tells them to report these things to them, so the are responsible for their policies and procedures. JW are indoctrinated to believe they should go to the "elders" re. sin and then the elders often discouraged them from going to the police according to several accounts I've listened to on KZbin and is clear from the over 1,000 recorded cases in Australia, not one of which was reported to the police. And, once the elders knew they could have helped protect other children in the congregation and the community from being molested or raped by the abuser by warning the congregation and encouraging the family to report the crime

God is Love- That's why people need to read the word of the true living God themselves, then they would understand why God don't reside in man made organizations/cults or anything made with human hands. All mankind was required to do was follow the statutes, laws and commandments of the true living God and imitate Christ by following into his footsteps to ensure justice to everyone. The 'powers' or those who claim authority were to ensure that the statutes, laws and commandments of God stay in place but instead they chose to followed their own path or philosophy. In reality no government is qualified to investigate anything because they too are criminal. The word of God says that the 'system' is lying in the power of the wicked. The problem is that people in general put blind faith in the doctrines of men period without questioning and believing man have the answers to everything when they don't.

It was 5,8 or 6.0 for 1 second it was frightening, Center was between Canberra and Melbourne, 10 km below surface. No damage in Melbourne I lost one glass in kitchen it fell from a top shelf. It’s probably A SIGN OF THE END……..

In Australia told Court, "well we have to respect a person's request to dissiciate."--No they don't, They have never respected me or anyone that goes contrary to their business plan.--Not the bible, Their business plan. There's no mention of dissociation in first century(Model) congregations.

Thats true. The very valid point the judge was making at the RC was that if a person chooses to leave the religion due to issues within the cong including sexual abuse or whatever the case, why would the elders need to declare that individual as a "persona non grata". I know its more "complicated" than that but the fact remains that the stupid comments from the JW legal team that its "not us that is dissociating from them but they are dissociating from us"... what the hell does it matter !!!

User...that's not true. Let's walk through the process. If someone no longer wishes to be Jehovah's Witness, and states this in written form addressed to the congregation, then after deliberation, a simple announcement is made - " so and so is no longer one of Jehovah's witnesses. Stop twisting things around to suit your agenda. Obviously you never were Jehovah's Witness or you would realize that you are wrong.

And I might add, again as a veteran JW fader myself, I know that ALL policy direction for all countries and branches globally is driven by HQ, being the Governing body out of New York. Thats why they are called " the GOVERNING body". The GB will make some operational allowances for different countries depending on the prevailing laws. But for instance, if JW were to make an "exception" ( as they do for many, many other rules found in the bible that are now considered "inappropriate" even by JW) regarding the interpretation of the "two witness " rule to any offence , then this direction would HAVE to come from HQ. Always, 100%.

"As interpreted by New York" Here the Judge is on point when referring to who sets the doctrines for the cult of Jehovah's witnesses which are anything but. But instead they are false witnesses that have a doctrine of devils when you compare it with the scripture. If scripture calls Christ The Mighty God, God with us, Lord and God. Lord of the Sabbath, firstborn of the living and the dead and the resurrected meaning he's preeminent over any who were ever born, died, and raised. Then you bring scripture that says Jehovah alone created all things and that there wasn't a god created before nor after him and then the New Testament shows that Christ was there with the Father and both created along with the Spirit, means that the one creator God is the triune father Son and Spirit otherwise you are left with contradiction. Just ask a Jewish person if it is okay to call Christ the Lord of the Sabbath.
