I'm a white guy and in '69 I turned 21 and loved Motown, most of it anyway -- The Temptations, Four Tops, Smokey, and many more -- and I STILL do -- but for Rock & Roll Tommy James was waaaay up there especially with this Hit of his. Oh, I forgot to mention I love the Blues; From BB King, to Albert and Feddie King, and of course Chicago Blues like Buddy Guy. So as someone posted to you already, Music Has No Color.

After a few months I began to step in for the bass player and sometime the lead guitar play whenever I could. then one night I got my own 45 minute set to sing what I wanted to sing. People let me tell you all I sang was Tommy James music. After that Saturday night the kids (from 16 up to 19) that's all they wanted to hear.
