If you saw Miyabi staring at a wall in 1.3, then you should understand the area thr trailer takes place is the original city Eridu. All the current characters are living in or around New Eridu. The original city fell victim to a fissure that engulfed the city. Her mother must of had a low tolerance to corruption, which is why she was generating crystals on her that fast

it helps, but if enemy res isn't stupid high like 40+%, then if you have nagi available she's better, you proc disorders way faster to keep the engine going

18:43 Lighter really isn’t great for Miyabi. She doesn’t need a stunner and they don’t activate each other's additional ability except if you use them with Piper/Burnice, which are not her optimal teams either.

Miyabi/Lighter/Lucy works. Lucy activates Miyabi's core passive and Lighter can buff Miyabi because Lucy also activates his passive, too.

Depending on dialect, you either say Miya-bi or Mi-ya-bi. The problem with English speakers is that they always slur their syllables together when Japanese needs you to distinctly say each syllable. It's NOT mi-YAHB-ee, it's mi-ya-bi. English pronunciation slurs the YA into yah with the H tacked on because typically we end our syllables on consonants to break up a word. Japanese also doesn't part its words at the double consonant. The only times you part a syllable on a consonant is on the N of a syllable if it follows a vowel, for example the N in tsundere (tsun-de-re) vs how a lot of English speakers pronounce it as tsundere (tsund-er-e) because they part it on the consonant-vowel. Also, if you aren't well versed in the lore, the closer your eyes are to pinkish red in color, the higher your Ether-aptitude is, however, it is not always the caee (you can get an Ether-aptitude test like a C-virus test; aptitude plateaus with age/exposure to build resistance/experimentation); this is why a majority of the ZZZ cast has red eyes (which isn't a standard color decision when designing characters; the MCs also have blue eyes which is an indication of why they can't stay in Hollows for long in the story, others include Piper who is the driver for Calydon and Nicole who uses her bangboo Amillion as a guide while she manages the group and supports when needed). The little girl at the end has pinkish red eyes and will mostly likely live up to her goal of following in Miyabi's footsteps, as when you get your Ether-aptitude checked out, you are given more clearance as to what you can do in life. So not only was it a stinging moment for Miyabi to hear her say it, but it also is a foreshadowing of her future (even if we will never see it) and the likelihood she will be submerged in the fight against the hollows and Ethereals

ZZZ has been really bad with powercreep. Every new dps that comes out is better than the last. I think they're gonna be just as bad as HSR. The fact that Miyabi's 6 stack multiplier is higher than Ellen's freaking ultimate is insane. Realistically there's no reason to ever use Ellen again.

To play devil's advocate, they did just release a 3-team endgame mode so anybody already rocking a fully invested Ellen team will likely continue to use that in the mode alongside Miyabi and whatever other team they've also chosen to invest into even if Miyabi directly outdamages the rest of the cast. Not like the game's difficult enough thus far to justify only ever using meta comps, not when Billy and Corin and even Soukaku DPS teams can clear floor 7 sub 2:30. I want to have faith in this devteam that they're going to make Miyabi the damage ceiling going forward, not the new floor, but as you've mentioned with HSR lord knows lmao.

If only they’d deliver equally compelling stories inside the present story of the game. Apparently characters are only allowed to die in backstories. Bruh, Caesar _actually_ dying would have pushed that arc in such a great direction. The bad guys would become overlord. Lucy would finally get leadership role of sons of calydon, but no longer have faith in herself to live up to the ideal she has of Caesar. Lighter would be on the revenge path. Fucking emotional stakes.
