Solo matchmaking is a lot of fun! I’m glad you like it. Dying as adult you lose 2 bars 😵 but thanks to passive + POI quests you regrow super fast. It’ll be a bit slower once all POI quests are done. Look forward to more solo videos.

Solo is by far my favourite 'mode'. I love the excitement of knowing its just me vs you in most situations. I like the thrill of the hunt, of being chased and chasing, out maneuvering someone and out thinking them into saving my life. I love the passive growth on what is technically official servers. Passive growth alone is 90% of the reason I prefer community servers over official ones. Especially as I play Deinonychus, so I'm always a quick easy snack for people, but can be a threat to babies and an annoyance to most others. I've already spent more time(per session) on solo than I did on normal, and I've spent years playing this game. I hope they keep it as it is. I've yet to play the permadeaath mode, but I plan on doing so after xmas when I've got the free time to do it. Tldr- I love solo, hope they keep it forever 😂

Glad that you have fun. Personally, I'm obsessed with the Permadeath Solo mode. Tried so many new dinos in it and have the most fun I had on officials since forever.

i'm scared of permadeath though D= though if the growth rate is similar to the non permadeath solo, maybe it wont be so bad

@@JynnGaming It's not that bad. I usually grow most Dinos to full adulthood in less than two hours by traveling the map and getting extra exp for visiting new zones. Good thing about Permadeath is that you always can find Juveniles/Adolescent prey 😉

When u take a chuck of meat instead of just eating it u get more fuller faster

I will add to this that achilo regular eating animation filling it's belly VEEEERY slow while bodies decaying fast enough. So by regular eating you will get barely any food as achilo. Where on another hand, like original comment says, you can rip off chunks and swallow them. It will fill your belly faster and you will not lose that much food(because meat chunks not decaying in your mouth)

I love the solo modes! But people are still finding ways to bring their discord groups into them, so watch out for them.

yea, that's always going to be a problem, but hopefuly it'll be a bit less common when they can't coordinate as easily with groups and waystones

@ one would hope. It’s definitely not stopping them on the permadeath servers, though, as I keep seeing people dying to mix packs of 7+. Hoping once they remove the player list, it will fix it.

If you want to stop starving constantly without having to switch to scavenger, every diet type can eat salt rocks and they actually provide substantial hunger, though of course make sure you are near a source of water before doing so.

You should try perma death, you have to play a lot more carefully really gives a "survival feel"

I have been playing a fair bit of the solo server and I see alot of people NOT solo..... very annoying when you stalk someone who you think is solo and then backup arrives.. this is the whole reason I DONT play officials.. just cant win...

You should play solo permadeath! There's a WAY higher proportion of juvies and adolescents, plus people are spread all over the map. Perfect for small game hunting!

Lemme get this straight: They banned all of the creatures Achillo can Pounce… and since you can’t group… Leader of the Pack is equally useless. So basically, Achillo has an empty leg slot in this mode.

yup! but that's your solo life anyways in any server, because things like eotrike/tyrannosaurus/etc that you CAN pounce are also 99% gonna kill you if you try to 1v1 it so i'm used to Pounce and most of my abilities being absolutely useless, tis the solo achillo life =/

I'm not sure why you insist the large turtles aren't worth it, in my experience they've been worth a lot of food. Maybe twice that of a normal critter?

hmm they dont seem to give much to me compared to the usual critter, compared to the amount of hits they take to kill.
