This season of Coke Studio and this song especially means a lot to Pakistan. We as a nation and as a country are deeply hurt and wounded from inside by what the West has been portraying about us for the past so many years. Xulfi and his team have taken up the challenge to bring Pakistan back into the limelight through music so that the whole world can experience our culture and realize that we're not bad people. If someone will take one step towards us, we'll go two steps towards them.
