I did contact a law firm over the phone and the paralegal took my information down and said they’d take my case. They sent me a contract via docusign, but I haven’t actually met an attorney to ask my questions. Sometimes injuries like whiplash or soft tissue damage don’t show symptoms immediately but can worsen over time. In Florida, it's also important to know that, in most motor vehicle accident cases, she must see a doctor within 14 days of the crash to keep her $10,000 in medical benefits under Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage. If she doesn’t, she likely loses access to those benefits, even if she later realizes she’s injured. I hope this helps, and I’m here if you have more questions! Hey man, i would really appreciate your response for my case, i was riding my motorcycle and a public transportation bus ( PSTA) turned and my line when i was cruising, the bike is completely destroyed. I can’t answer your question about how much money you should get as a settlement. You should speak with a lawyer in the state where you were injured. In response to your question about why my clients’ (in this video) medical bills are low, it is because many of them had $10K in Florida PIP benefits and/or health insurance. Hi thank you for caring❤ I am trying to understand how my attorney can charge me 40% plus when we settled after mediation on $107,500 lawsuit. He changed me 40% plus $3,213.79 for case cost that I knew nothing about, but when I asked the attorney that was handling my case for an advance for a special prescription I needed that was a compound $79 (I wasn't working) I was told the firm does not do any advanced cost, the pharmacist gave it to me for free because my pain was severe. So now we settled and I am thinking they will get 331/3% and I am told they got 40% because they filled a lawsuit. Then when they gave me the breakdown of the cost, they charged that additional amount almost getting 50%, does this sound correct?

In the examples, when I say that the injured person got X amount in their pocket, that amount is after the hospital and medical bills are paid. We did not get a separate check for Pain and suffering in the examples in the video.

@@RealJustinZiegler i called 411 pain being a moron, i asked recently for the pip log so far and they showed me my surgery ended up being 41k for my meniscus tear plus like 5k of other costs ONLY for orthopedics no therapy included. I also did have insurance idk if they're gonna take such a big fat amount from the payout. I completely forgot my friends dad own Estrella insurance so he's gonna help me out with his lawyer i believe so i think i'm just gonna cancel my relationship w my current 411 pain lawyer, idk what to do with the medical bills because they obviously over charged me

Does this sound okay to you: Medical Liens. Client expressly gives to LAW, INC. authorization to pay directly to any Medical provider any balance owed by Client for related medical services. If a dispute between medical providers and Client occurs, Client authorizes LAW, INC. to deduct their fees and costs and interplead any settlement under the applicable code for court review. Client authorizes LAW, INC. to distribute all earned attorney's fees and costs from the gross settlement proceeds, and to interplead the balance of settlement funds with the state court, and that the lien holders and the Client shall be named as parties to said interpleader action.

Man, the more i'm watching this video i think you are the boogeyman. I understand you start with no fee and trust me i know insurance companies are evil and they don't want to pay. But 33% is very high. lot of people don't understand, few hundred thousand dollars will not compensate a bodily damage that can destroy your life for good !

Thank you for your comment. I don’t know much about the boogeyman but he doesn’t sound good. Clients can negotiate their fee. I’m reasonable. The bigger the likely estimated case value, the more I’ll negotiate. Earlier in my career, I represented many people where I took a loss even at 33 1/3% fee. Remember: Lawyers have expenses such as: Paralegal ($60,000+ for some) Office rent Malpractice insurance Law school loans (Often $100,000+) Undergraduate college loans Countless other expenses that add up fast I agree bodily injury can cause extreme suffering. @@RealJustinZiegler I wouldn’t argue about your service I'm sure it is excellent. and I understand you have to pay everyone that works for you. But a 20% fee should be enough because you as a good lawyer have a lot of clients and that will make up for it. If you look at the case from the injured person's eyes, his or her life is destroyed and because of stupid laws, he needs to hire a lawyer to get his or her fair fight. That sum of money will be the only money he or she will get and he or she will have to live crippled for the rest of there life

Thank you for having trust in my service. In a massive personal injury case, I’d accept 20%. But the injuries, sadly, would need to be horrific, and there would need to be someone at fault with deep pockets. Remember: We can spend $100,000+ costs on a case and lose it all if we lose at trial. It’s a gamble for us injury lawyers. Justin

Hi ,Love your channel man QUESTION my large kmown (New friends p...m ) , Havent done any of the things you hav sp0kin as far i know because i havent spokin to them or been reached out to BIG example .I had to take my oun half @ss pictures at ER . I was told the crash inturn who i had a confirmation call about hours before first meet and was told yep apt all set with her today ,After ariving i was told shes not in today by 2 staff members 1 being the PIA intern shes not in today AND i CANT speak or ask her what she will\can do for me UNTIL I sign with (Her crash girl) I refused and After the (p i a) intern left the room to ask somthing BOOM just like that 2 min larer She (crash girl)walks in room . QUESTION should i be able to talk or at least get emails on whats happening ,I assume This will cost me per min like those #,s we used to get from uncles garage and call ? lol Anyway Im i making a mistake ?
