JZX90 1JZ Intlet Heater Hose Replacement DIY

There's not a lot of room to work here so you'll have to remove whatever is in your way to access the bottom of the heater hose.
The job isn't as bad as it seems. Just a bit annoying with the lack of space.
Regardless of miles on the car, you should replace all cooling hoses as the rubber hoses on these cars are nearing 30 years old at this point.
Hose used: Gates 19364

An alternative method is using the good part of your original heater hose and replacing the damaged part with with a new hose section using a 5/8" connector w/ clamps: shop.advanceau...

Hell yeah, I truly appreciate your guys' support. Can't take all the credit though, I mostly share known information. Hoonigan has a video on a X90 manual swap but I'll include a bit more detail when I do my video. I don't plan on starting that project till late this year, sitting on extra cash is probably the better move during these uncertain times.

So i have the same leak, but that gates hose wont fit my situation (1JZ swapped Cressida) as the spout for my heater switch faces to the right and not to the left like yours does. So I would need a hose that does a 180 degree turn. I'm having a hard time finding one at local auto parts stores.
