Ingredients:

-Green chilies - 2, finely chopped
-Ginger - 1 inch, crushed
2. Whole Spices (Roasted and Coarsely Ground):
-Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
-Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
-Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
3. Powdered Spices:
-Chili flakes - 1 tbsp
-Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
-Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp
-Garam masala - ½ tsp
-Chaat masala - ½ tsp
-Asafoetida (Hing) - ¼ tsp
4. Other Spices:
-Carom seeds (Ajwain) - ½ tsp
-Salt - as per taste
5. Flours:
-Gram flour (Besan) - 1 cup
-Rice flour - ¼ cup
6. Optional:
-Water - 2 tbsp (if needed for mixing)
7. For Frying:
-Cooking oil - as required
2nd Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Gram Flour (Besan) - ½ cup
2. Asafoetida (Hing) - ¼ tsp
3. Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
4. Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp
5. Flattened Rice (Poha) - 1 cup
6. Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhaniya) - 1 tbsp
7. Cumin Seeds (Sabut Jeera) - 1 tbsp
8. Black Peppercorns - 9-10
9. Ginger - 1-inch piece
10. Green Chili - 1
11. Coriander Leaves - A handful
12. Onion - 1 medium-sized (chopped)
13. Potato - 1 medium-sized (grated)
14. Salt - As per taste
15. Oil - For frying
For Coating:
1. Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
2. Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
3. Chili Flakes - 1 tbsp
4. Salt - ½ tsp
5. Coriander Leaves - A handful
6. Turmeric Powder - A pinch
7. Water - As required
