That's only a small part of the show. They talk about what's in the fridge because later the chef's on the show have to make a meal for the fridge owner that they think that person will like using what's in the fridge and the information they learn while talking about it and with a time limit of 10 - 15 minutes to make the meal. It's actually more like a cooking show for making fast meals with what's in your fridge and getting recipes from chef's since they post how to make what the chef's make on the shows.

I'm very confused. It doesn't look like an old episode but when trying to find what episode number this is, the wikipedia shows the show ran up until 2019.. Other sites with it listed all also have the last episode being from three years ago.

The only thing an animal owns is it's own life and yet people manage to take that away from them just for taste pleasure when they could have ate something else. Killing innocent beings is as far as you can get from love.
