Phrasing, are you crazy? Elton looks blown away by her vocals as she starts singing the song. If you notice he even slows the tempo down in order to savor her voice. I would even venture to say he had a chill at the start. They are fantastic together in this performance. Sadly the majority of new artists just don't sing like this anymore. Hopefully it comes back.

In 1988 I saw K. D. Lang on Austin City Limits. Around that time I asked a popish radio host why he never played K. D. Lang. He said she was just a country singer. She is an amazing woman, with an amazing career and with an amazing talent . He faded into the dust without a sound. I have loved her since I first heard her. Sir Elton never disappoints. 🎼🎶🎵

Debra Quinn I'm glad her songs soothe you. Lost My Dear Sweet Husband Michael , who was My Dearest Friend, last Dec. 29th to a 10 year long battle with very Rare Skin Cancer. He was only 33yrs. old. I miss him constantly & sometimes feel I cant breathe because of Pain of Missing him so much ! .. When I listen to Music that helps Soothe me it is PRICELESS...
