About this video - Today I have shared the traditional gujarati recipe - Ghes. It is one type of Curd Rice which we can make with using the Rice, Kodo Millet or different types of grains and Curd. It would become very healthy and tasty one pot meal. Usually the gujarati people make it on Randhan Chhath. Kodo Millet is the best for diabetic patient so they can consume it in their regular diet so must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section
Ingredients -
Serving - 3-4 Person
1 Cup or 200 grams Kodo Millet/Kodri
4 Cup or as required Water
1 Cup Medium Sour Curd
As per taste Salt
For Tempering
2 tsp Ghee
½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
5-7 Curry Leaves
Serve it hot in lunch or dinner
