Absolutely 😆🤣😂 Seriously though, it’s more that the contract allows them to put you in default and exercise their remedies - including things like selling the house to someone else and keeping your deposit.

Hi Machelle! Great question! Bloomfield and Meritage come to mind. We are currently assisting buyers with a new build with William Ryan homes in Devonshire - it has not gone well. That does not necessarily speak to all WR homes, but in Devonshire there have been many issues. Depending on the flexibility of your location and whether you are okay with a 40' lot line you can sometimes score a higher end builder such as Highland and Perry.
