How to make Kozhi Ada
Beef - 1/2 Kg
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbs
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Water - 1/4 Cup
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 2 Cups
Water - 1/2 Cup + 2 tbs
Refined oil - 1 to 11/2 tsp
Big onion - 2 Medium ( half Sliced )
Refined oil - 1/2 Cup
