Kids are already over-weight! They should lose weight otherwise they will develop health problems! The best way to lose weight is to eat less rice, bread, roti, noodles, Dhido ( carbohydrate) and stop drinking cold drinks, energy drinks! Fish is good.

In other Nepali travel food video’s I see nobody eating like your’ll u know. If they can eat (chewing food) nicely without no noise, then your”ll can also. @@KLetseat Yeah uncivilized people never understand even when they does something wrong, they never change their bad habits, that’s so sad. Those other Nepali video’s aren’t only travel food video’s, in those video’s they show how they cook, how they eat and how they live in Nepal, same like your’ll video’s, only difference is they have good nature, good habits and good manners. So stop talking like a dumb 3rd class person. Atleast be humble and admit u’r mistake and try to correct it, that is the best way to live in this world, not like repeating the same mistake over and over. Don’t think like it’s my mistake cause I point it out. Try to live in this world as civilized human beings, not like animals. That is my best advice to your’ll.
