কালোজাম - Kalojam (Green Hills Kitchen)

কালোজাম মিষ্টি বাঙ্গালির একটা ঐতিহ্যবাহী এবং প্রিয় ডিজার্ট যা বানানো আসলে খুব একটা কঠিন নয়। সামান্য কয়েকটা ছোটখাটো বিষয় খেয়াল রাখলেই মাত্র এক ঘন্টার মধ্যে তৈরি করে ফেলতে পারবেন দোকানের মতো নিখুঁত কালোজাম। আমার বাচ্চাদের ভীষন প্রিয় এই মিষ্টি আমি ঈদ, জন্মদিন সহ বিভিন্ন উৎসবে তৈরি করি, সুযোগ পেলেই হলো।
মিষ্টির জন্য উপকরণ
১ কাপ ফুল ক্রিম গুঁড়া দুধ
১/৪ কাপ ময়দা
১/২ চা চামচ বেকিং পাউডার
১/২ টেবিল চামচ ঘি
১/৪ কাপ ডিম
১/৮ কাপ দুধ
খাবার লাল রঙ- পছন্দ মতো
সিরার জন্য
২ কাপ চিনি
৩ কাপ পানি
Kalojam is a traditional and favourite dessert for Bengalis across the world. My children absolutely love it too. It's not hard at all to make it. Ingredients for the sweets
1 cup full-cream milk powder
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Tablespoon ghee
1/4 cup egg
1/8 cup milk
food colour- to taste
For the syrup
Sugar- 2 cups
Water- 3 cups
