I've know about the Savanna & Atlanta and the Atlanta & West Point but I never thought about a third Atlanta railroad. sure there's the Central of Georgia but that made me think, what other steam era railroad came to Atlanta before CSX and Norfolk Southern? also great job on the engine I love it.

Seaboard Air Line, Atlanta Birmingham & Coast (merged into the Atlantic Coast Line in the 40’s), Central of Georgia, Southern Railway, Louisville & Nashville, Nashville Chattanooga & St. Louis (merged into the Louisville & Nashville in 1957), Georgia Railroad and Atlanta & West Point. All of those railroads served Atlanta. Atlanta was practically built by the railroads, and garnered a reputation as a huge railroad city.

What about a what-if the N&W bought some UP challengers, reversed engineered them and built them to the railroad’s own specs. Same with the Big Boy. I have several ideas for engines to make. The Age Of Steam roundhouse fleet seems like a good place to start. If you do the Burlington Q5bs, please add the gold flake one.
