Hi swetha, one advice …..don’t mistake me….avoid eating frozen foods bcoz if it’s organic also it’s has preservatives and more sodium which is bad to health. Use fresh veggies. My son cooks French fries with fresh potatoes in air fryer. It comes out very crispy. Use anti glare glasses bcoz if u see in one eyes, that eye gets more strained and ur power will increase. Pls don’t mistake me❤❤I love u and ur fmly so much. That’s the reason am telling this
