Better to skip dinner than breakfast because all the digestive organs are active in the morning. Eg. the stomach and spleen meridians are most active between 7am to 9am and 9am to 11am respectively. Plus small intestine meridian is most active between 1pm to 3pm. Cheers.

Very hard to skip dinner.... n for me super easy to skip breakfast

Dinner have to eat with family, not able to skip it. Easier to do it in breakfast time since we start work in the office at 8.30 morning 😂
