I've read he was indicted and it will be handled in the military court, but nothing else since then. After getting this additional information and to remain fair, until this is settled (Seungri gets acquitted or charged) we'll keep him out of the reaction rotation. Actually all his allegations are not related with Burning Sun or Molka chat cuz he was never accused by the police department... It was kmedia that spreaded false accusations against Seungri... He was heard as a witness and the victims of molka chat never blamed Seungri cuz he wasn't involve... His allegations are mostly about financial issues and the court has not proofs enough against him... Technically this is lost case but they are so afraid to lose their faces that they keep bringing silly accusations against Seungri🤦‍♀️... I feel so sorry for him😔

There is more since then. Several trials while in the military were put off because witnesses could not make it.. In guessing due to covid. I do know he's had another charge brought up as well. He has 8 or 9 criminal charges against him atm. Thank you though for halting reactions. It really bothers me when people just ignore this. People want so desperately for him to be innocent, I want him to be innocent. .. but it's hard to read about everything and know for sure. This isn't like someone doing some drugs. It's a serious offense.

@@bdcmxsyjds8935 his charges are gambling (because Korea is a territorial principle country which means if your a native and it's illegal in Korea it's illegal for natives everywhere) and a couple other financial things that are not directly related to burning sun yes but since his company controlled 40% of the club there's a possibility he could get dragged down like the proof they have of embezzalment. Also distributing prostitutes is a charge. And even though he didn't film anything he was a part of a chat that shared sexual assault videos which he then would share to others. That's not cool. But like I said. We're pausing him until all the truth outs.

@Jellow Quake....The documents have been out to the public for months and it displays all the culprits, bystanders and innocents dragged in this case very clearly. It even revealed the exact time and place of the rapes too. As for Seungri, he was never in the Molka chat where the rapists shared and watched their rape videos. He was in a business chat named Milddang Pocha. In the business chat he received only one video of intercourse. It was a 20 seconds video of consensual intercourse but filmed without consent. Since the sex itself was consensual and only 20 seconds how is anyone to know it was filmed without consent? He thought it was porn, got mad at them and told them to never send anything like that again. They never did. So Seungri didn't know about the rapes and wasn't even called as witness to that trial. Feel free to express your thoughts on Seungri *BUT* if that includes hate or accusations you should provide proof of it. Otherwise, it's unjustified hearsay and we don't need more of that in the world. If you can't provide proof, move along. Thanks!

@venetian blinds... Seungri watched a 20 second clip that was sent on his business chat... That video was a consensual sex video after he opened he and his business partners got mad with Joon jung Yoon for sending that video to their chat... Also in. SKorea there's a law that say that only the victim can report it so nobody who wasn't the victim could report it...If you report it and you are not the victim you can be sued for defamation ✌️

@venetian blinds you should read my comment once and again cuz I never said that filming them was consensual I said "consensual sex"... also those poor girls didn't report it when Joon Jung Yoon raped them cuz they felt ashamed for what that monster did to them they didn't know that he filmed them neither... The only one who report him was Joon Jung Yoon's ex girlfriend cuz she noticed that he filmed and shared her having sex with JJY... Is because his ex girlfriend that molka chat blowed up and the others victims were called by the police and then they reported him and Choi Jong Hoon... Joon Jung Yoon and Choi Jong Hoon were sentenced and they are now in jail............. While also Seungri was investigated by special commission hired by SKorea president and they didn't find nothing to incriminate him to Molka chat crime.... They mostly found financial issue, tax related... Seungri was hearing by police department as a witness due to that consensual sex clip but he never was linked as a criminal of this case... It was kmedia that defaming him.... Seungri is now under a military trial due to his allegations about mostly his financial issues... His case was studied for many lawyers and law students and all say the same this is a lost case✌️

You were accused me of defending a man for watching a consensual sex video🙄.... and I wanted to point out that the sex was consensual because how someone who watched a 20 seconds of sex video could ever know if that video was filmed and shared with awareness of both person in the video???.... Did you ever watch a porn video or a home sex video???... I did... I also watched a non consensual filmed video where the girl in the video didn't know about it(sadly police department didn't protect her and that video was everywhere in youtube for years).... I can tell you that video on youtube wasn't different that a porn video so it's not easy to understand if a video was filmed and shared with consent of both person in it...... 20 second of video it's a really short video that make it even harder to understand something... so if I was in Seungri's shoes I would thought that was a porn video and I would also delete it for the shame to see that kind of video in a business chat... 2. JJY's ex girlfriend reported him in 2018 and investigations about JJY case was on going when In early 2019 Burning Sun blowed up and JJY appeared in one video surveillance in this club so police department linked JJY to this case too...at some point kmedia spread interest about JJY gold cellphone so once he gave it to the police and they had back(he deleted those videos) all videos JJY shared on his private chatgroup(molka chat)... Kmedia found out and spreaded news about the molka chat .... due to knetz presure on SKorea government, police department searched for the molka chat victims cuz they needed the victims to report him in order to indict him. 3. Once again the video that Seungri watched was sent by JJY on a business chat... Probably he didn't realized that video was a sex content video how could he know that video was a sex video🤦‍♀️???... Probably the click bait wasn't clear or maybe he thought was those kind of funny videos that people usually shared with their friends... I mean don't tell me that you can easily tell what is the content of the videos of your friends or family shared with you???? Cuz I can tell you that most of the time I can't tell cuz the click bait is overshadowed....mine is not "false sympathy"... I'm using my brain through my personal experience and the whole information that I had about those cases.....That's why I can firmly tell you that Seungri was used by media and media unfair blamed him for other people crimes... When police department never accused him in first place✌️

@@g1nk_ all the REAL PROVEN evidence and witnesses have been saying that he was NEVER part of that crap for the past two and a half years now which his military service is almost over but they are too self-absorbed & scared to drop the case knowing its a bogus because they dont want face public humiliation having to apologize to the world and Seungri for unnecessarily dragging him through the dirt knowing he was innocent the whole time minus the actual two current charges he admitted to; everything else is FAKE which has been manipulated to make it look like it was all him instead of going after the real culprits so they are using Seungri as an scapegoat (a punching bag). They shoudve dropped the case after like the fifth hearing. All they are doing is going in circle adding up more false crap to cover they butts because they have way too pride and dont want to be wrong.

@@hanishshkr I dont remember off-hand, it was something about Food Santization and Embezzling back his own money from Monkey Museum. But everything else is bogus because if they had any soild evidence within the two & a half years he wouldve been in jail already NOT been able to enlist the military. Prosecutors didnt what the drop knowing they couldnt find anything they passed it on to military court when Seungri enlist and thats where hes been while reflecting on the two charges that he did admit too thats he's willing to fined for.

I just hope your judgment on the rest of the BIGBANG members won't be clouded of on Seungri's case. I also hope you won't be halting your reactions on BIGBANG just because of Seungri's stupid mistake. You guys' reaction is pretty nice (though it can be frustrating sometimes but all is good) and it'd be nice if you would focus and appreciate more on the musicality and artistry that BIGBANG has brought out through the years and how different Kpop sounds back in the day. It's fine if you guys don't want to talk about Seungri if you ever get to BIGBANG but please don't lump the rest of the members on Seungri's case. The BIGBANG members knew of his businesses but not what was going around and they have openly stated (this was when Seungri was still in BIGBANG) that Seungri had less time to hang around and spend time with them because he was hanging around with his "new friends" and with Seungri being the youngest member the members being big brothers were contiounsly telling Seungri to be wary of his "new friends" because they seem shady, at the time we VIPs thought the elder members of BIGBANG were just messing with their youngest member but it turns out they were legit looking out for him but alas Seungri didn't listen to his big brothers and look where he is at now.

Another person that relies on GOSSIP and ALLEGATIONS to pass judgment on an individual. He’s not guilty UNTIL PROVEN and so far TO THIS DAY he’s not been proven guilty of anything you all are accusing him of. If you don’t like him, no one is stopping you from expressing that but don’t allude someone is guilty from claims made by KMEDIA AND MEDIA outlets. They will always have a hidden agenda (cover up a bigger story, or paid off, or simply to sell more stories, etc). If you ever plan to have kids, please teach them to ask questions for themselves and never to take anyone at their word -_-

Just the other day another witness has testified that police fabricated their statements against Seungri. So that makes 5 witness where police had tampered with their statements, and 15 witnesses who spoke in favor of the defense. (Seungri) and its still Prosecutions case, they defense hadn't had their turn to place their case yet.
