Ingredients:
All-purpose flour-1 cup or 165 grams
Salt-1/4 Tsp
Turmeric powder-1/8 Tsp
Water-1 cup Or 250 ML
Bengal gram-1/2 cup + 1/4 cup or 185 grams
Salt-1/2 Tsp
Scraped coconut-1 cup or 95 grams
Cardamom powder-1/4 Tsp
Pinch of salt
Sugar-1/2 cup or 110 grams
Oil for deep frying
