Hi dear. 69yo ARMY here. BTS have given 3 speeches at the U.N. general assembly over the years. In 2017 BTS partnered with the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and since then ARMYs and BTS have donated over 6.6 million dollars to the fund.

I recommend watching the speech given by BTS at the UN in 2018. It was beautiful and inspiring. It was moving and showed that they are not just a music group that only cares about fame and money, which we already know they are not. It was a speech about loving yourself and not worrying about what people say about you. After watching this speech, I was sure that I was on the right path and that I am loving BTS more and more.

I'm sure someone did recommend but maybe you missed it. This was during pandemic time. They were there as Special Envoys to do their speech at the UN. You should watch that too. 😁

They are very proud of their association with the United Nations, having spoken there 3 times, raising awareness and money for international causes. It was an honor for them and yes, who else has been given permission to dance at the United Nations? This reaction was off for me, disjointed and distracted. Did you listen to the lyrics/meesage? It is not political. 39M more views on Bangtan TV. They were made cultural ambassadors, Special Envoys, by the president of South Korea with diplomatic passports. The were invited to the White House also to promote understanding and acceptance of different cultures.

Yes! Official MV and making of the MV. And they did a week ( I think) of pre-filmed performances for The Jimmy Fallon Show. They’re definitely worth watching. I had wondered why no-one had requested this but you already had a lot of requests . I missed your last stream or I would have requested it.
