They are going to continue their schedule? who is paying for the transportation and venues? who is paying the support staff who work for Ador or Hybe? Will they hire new staff, song writers and producers? Who does the money for the performance go to? Do they expect to say they have cancelled the contract but expect Ador to continue paying for everything? Ador says the contact is still in force so no one will agree to work with them without being sued, especially if they use the name New Jeans. They might try a Prince move and try working under another name but that will lead to long court trials - who covering their bills? Their move just leaves many questions

Verbally they terminated their contract, but they will continue their activities signed under Ador/HYBE..isn't their announcement are contradicted to each other?, or maybe they wanted to say to the people that they already terminated their contract but still Ador insisted them to work,in that case they will not going to pay any depth to HYBE. But, Ador is smart they announced immediately that their contract still valid and they can continue working.... at the end of the day, new jeans remains a rookie group that released only two mini albums and three singles. not much of a discography there yet to show any lasting artistry. their so-called "success" is not deep-rooted, and is based on short-term "trendiness." they do not even write, compose, or produce their own music; they rely on a creative team to dictate their music & choreography as puppet performers. the group is essentially a product of PR imaging, and paid media can only take them so far. the individual members are not yet even established as solo artists; without the new jeans name, they have nothing else.

Not because you have a contract gives them the right to have a Misogynistic Behavior towards them, they're very much top notch at everything they do , and making the company a lot of millions, they should be respected and have some consideration for their mental well-being, the breach of trust was created by Hybe by creating a harsh workplace, nobody like to feel worthless or not have a say or what their feelings are and being ignored, I think they should tell them which pronouns to use when address them from now on 😊

The breach was made by MHJ and NJ and no one else. They are bullying others - especially Le Sserafim and Illit but also that poor manager - that is a (female) glorified babysitter. Not to mention that they also cost the label: For example their Japanese fanmeet was negative profit as renting the venue was too expensive. Pressing so many more CDs than needed also costs. I found it funny that ADOR made more money when the girls refused to work. HYBE is probably the best work environment in K-pop: They expect 3 things from everyone working for them: PAT: - Passion - Autonomy - Trust And frankly the girls have shown nothing of that and zero respect to anyone else. They think everything they want must be done/be true and that is not how it works. They also read their answers from their laptops - even the questions at the end of the "conference". They think when they just say ADOR has broken trust and therefore they are free to go makes it true. They need to win a courtcase for that and they did not hold up their side in any form as they were also not talking with anyone in ADOR. They also think that everything is going to go the way it is like before even after the end of their contract when all their personal/accomidations are paid/made for by ADOR. People think they are braindead.
