I know you are getting outside of your comfort zone by reacting to BTS, thank you. Aqua, it's concerning that as soon as K-anything is mentioned you shit on it and shut it down immediately. Thank you for taking the time to give BTS a chance and understand their lyricism. BTS isn’t for everyone and people can respect their skills without liking them. However, it is concerning when something Korean pops up, a show or music, it is instantly reacted with “a joke”. I hope we can respect that once a joke puts demeans/hurts someone, it becomes something else. Some communities have been disrespected in that manner. Assumptions that turned to “jokes” to put that culture into a box.

Just like American dramas, the Korean dramas, are like love stories, regular stories, etc… then you have Korean thrill movies, Korean horror, Korean action. It’s just Korean movies, because they are made in Korean with Korean actors and actresses, and by Korean media. There are a bunch of all those genres of Korean movies and shows on Netflix.
