the whole bts casting feels like miracle from jin being casted on the street to jhope wanted to leave to v went to just support his friend to jimin who was about to not make it to the group to jk choosing bh only bc he thought rm was cool and suga was originally signed as a producer/song writer , some time i think how they made it through , unlike others bts dident have an structured and concept , they tried every thing to make it work, hip up , rap , ballad , pop , ... , they really put their blood swet and tears and they deserve every thing they have

@@Kookliet_and_jimeo BTS did debut as a hip hop idol group so they did have a concept in a sense. Over time they simply changed their sound, which led them to their huge success with "I need you".

Another one: Bigbang's 5th member could have been Hyunseung of Beast. He and S*ngri competed for the last spot but both were eliminated and Bigbang was set to be 4 member group. S*ngri was bought back by YG himself because he saw something in him... This is the one what if-scenario in kpop I think so often because I feel like Hyunseung had the style and confidence to be 5th member unlike that rat who tried to ruin whole band.

Somi and Chaeyeon were rumored to be part of the initial lineup of Itzy before both departed JYP. And of course Miyeon was rumored to be part of blackpink but she left YG.

Near of those two were ever actually going to be in ITZY Chaeyeon left years before ITZY was formed and Somi left JYPE just days after 4 members of ITZY were notified together that they were selected to debut(Yuna as notified later). Somi wouldn't quit JYPE if she was just told she was going to debut a few days earlier. She left because she was not selected, neither her NOR ITZY has ever said she was on that team at any time since then.

EXO is not closer in age to Taemin than SHINee. The oldest members of the 2 groups are 3 months apart in age. Both groups are in the same age range except for the 2 EXO members that are younger than Taemin.
