PEOPLE ONLY RECOMMEND WHAT THEY CAN DO, such as instead of running, they recommend walking? Why so?

People should do what thay can do. Any exercises are OK just after eating a meal. Thank you!

@@ystv BUT PLEASE REMEMBER, ANY EXERCISE WHICH DOES NOT HIT THE FAT BURNING ZONE IS NOT CONSIDERED AN EXERCISE, ESPECIALLY WALKING ON FLAT GROUND. The HEART is a VERY IMPORTANT MUSCLE. SWEET PEOPLE want the easy way out, hoping that by doing almost nothing can reach their ultimate goal. Please highlight on this issue instead. THANK YOU 🙏
