The song (the title of which means Desert) is about how empty success left him feeling and that he feels he should be happy and he's tried to do all the "right" things to achieve a better balance of mind but it's not worked. He's struggling to find anyone he can connect with to help him work through it (symbolised in the video by the therapist type figure). The song is really quite sad and desperate but over the course of the album, which came out on the same day as this video, he moves forward to a better place mentally.

That Kariza name in video is ridiculous. Write name next time like Kaarija, but not like Kariza.
